Why are you able to fulfill your orders so quickly?

We are a retail business, with pop-up kiosks in shopping centers around Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, which means we have inventory in stock, all the time, in the country - ready to go when you place your order! That is why we can (usually) process orders within 48 hours and ship by Australia Post (or equivalent postal service). Obviously this is weekdays as our Warehouse and the Post Office are closed on weekends.

Is your Website secure?

Yes. Our site is a Shopify site, which is currently the best and safest way to order online in Australia. Your purchases will be safe, private, and confidential

What if an item is out of stock?

We generally receive new stock at least twice a week into our warehouse and retail locations, and should almost always have your item in stock. If an item is marked as out-of-stock on the website, you can send an email to office@thefootyman.com.au to ask us to notify you when your favourite Footyman gear is back in stock.
